Shachar wrote this short about an actor's behind-the-scenes life that mirrored his life on screen. Tony was the DP and we shot it in DUMBO over a day and a half. It was meant to be an exercise: we never expected to take it to any festivals, but it worked out so well and looked good so we sent it around. The best part was that like the characters they were playing, the actors behind "John & June" hooked up the night between shooting days.
