More about THE MESSENGER

The Messenger is currently in its second round of production. Throughout the months of May and June 2009 we will be shooting the midwest scenes.

The first half of the film featured Kaya as a messenger in New York City and the footage shot this March (including the car crash) looks great.

The Messenger stars LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts graduate Joanna Schubert as Kaya and real-life NYC bike messengers John Taki and Yatika Fields.

We composed our shots with a big screen in mind and captured our footage with prime lenses. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to screen at film festivals across the country in 2010.

Right now we are starting our post production for the NYC scenes.
